Digital Maturity Index for Healthcare

O Índice de Maturidade Digital para Saúde, termo oficial em inglês Digital Maturity Index for Healthcare (DMI-H) foi desenvolvido pela FOLKS como instrumento de auto-avaliação rápido, simplificado e gratuito, com o objetivo de indicar o nível de maturidade digital de uma instituição de saúde.

O objetivo é entender as fases da transformação digital em cada instituição de Saúde. O DMI-H pode ser utilizado por qualquer tipo de instituição de saúde, seja prestadora de serviços de saúde, operadora de planos de saúde ou secretarias de saúde.

With DMI-H it is possible to monitor the digital transformation in large communities, as the method is simple, intuitive, free and can be performed periodically.

 

Thus, it is possible to assess whether the policies and investments of institutions, hospital groups, health plan operators or governments are being effective, if there is really a progression towards a more digital Health.

For the definition of the DMI-H, questions are carried out in five large dimensions

O DMI-H é composto por 32 subdomínios, que são perguntas objetivas, com cinco alternativas de única escolha, variando de 1 a 5, na qual 1 representa um nível muito baixo de maturidade digital naquele quesito e, no outro extremo, a resposta 5 representa um nível muito elevado de maturidade digital. Estas perguntas, ou subdomínios, compõe cinco diferentes domínios, que podem ser vistos abaixo:
