They are specialized services for health institutions, telemedicine and/or technology companies.
For this, the Telehealth Assessment Framework was developed, comprising the Telehealth Maturity Index (TMI) and the Telehealth Maturity Model, guaranteeing the 4 fundamental elements of telemedicine: safety, scalability, sustainability and effectiveness.
The FOLKS Telehealth Maturity Index (TMI) assesses the level of adoption of telehealth technologies and services, as well as measures the institution's degree of preparation for greater security and sustainability of its telehealth services.
